American Idiot (Broadway)

This high-energy onstage retelling of Green Day's concept album/rock opera has been packing 'em in over at the St. Jimmy Theatre (St. James). The illustration features Green Day (Billie Joe Armstrong, Tre Cool, and Mike Dirnt), director Michael Mayer, choreographer Stephen Doggett and his assistant Lorin Latarro, musical director Carmel Dean, orchestrator/arranger Tom Kitt, and producers Tom Hulce and Ira Pittleman.

The piece was commissioned by Rita and Tom Kitt for the show's opening night.
